Bogdan Bogdanovic may no longer be with the Sacramento Kings, but he is still in full support of his former team and teammates as they try to get back to relevance. In fact, just recently, the Serbian swingman shared his prediction that De'Aaron Fox is set for a breakout year.

Answering a question on NBA ESPN about who among Fox, Ja Morant, LaMelo Ball and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will get their first All-Star selection in 2021-22, Bogdanovic expressed his confidence that his ex-teammate in Fox will get the job done.

While it's a bold prediction considering the amount of talent in the Western Conference–with the  guard position dominated by the likes of Stephen Curry, Luka Doncic, Donovan Mitchell, Chris Paul and more–De'Aaron  Fox could certainly make a case as an All-Star.

Fox has  improved in every season that he has been in the NBA, averaging a career-high 25.2 points on 47.7 percent shooting in 2020-21. He also recorded 3.5 rebounds and7.2 assists per game in what has been a remarkable campaign for the speedy guard.

The only hindrance between Fox and his first All-Star appearance is the Kings' record. They finished 31-41 in the past campaign, and they are not expected to made any significant jump from that after another lackluster offseason.

However, if Fox is able to keep the Kings in contention for the playoffs or even just the play-in, the Bogdan Bogdanovic's prediction might come true and pave the way for the 23-year-old to get his first All-Star honors.
