There isn't a lot to be happy about nowadays as a Sacramento Kings fan. They're at the bottom of the Western Conference and just traded away potentially their most promising young player in Tyrese Haliburton.

But, Domantas Sabonis has offered the Kings a glimmer of hope that better days could be ahead. The newly-acquired big man reached an impressive feat on Friday night in a loss to the red-hot Boston Celtics, becoming the first player to do this since Chris Webber in 2001.

With Richaun Holmes now out for the remainder of the 2021-22 campaign due to personal reasons, it's crucial that Sabonis continues to play at a high level as the Kings aim to finish the season on a high note. The Lithuanian certainly profiles to be a pillar for this franchise for many years to come now, but will he make enough of a difference to get this team out of the gutter? That's yet to be answered.
