Kevin Knox, the ninth overall pick in this year's draft by the New York Knicks felt disrespected with his NBA 2k19 rating.

NBA 2k gave the 19-year-old forward a 74 overall rating. Via his Instagram story, Knox expressed his disappointment with the video game's judgment of his game. Yet Knox didn't fret. If, at any, the low rating will serve as motivation.

Check out Knox's reaction below via a screenshot from The Knicks Wall:

The NBA 2k rating will change as the season progresses. depending of course on the player's performance. As such, it has served some sort of gauge of their real-life performance on the court.

So whenever NBA 2k releases its new game yearly, expect players to react accordingly. So Knox's words are pretty understandable. But NBA 2k's rating is reasonable as well. NBA fans don't really know what Knox can bring to the table. Who knows, he just might be another draft bust.

For Knox, what he brings to the game is his sheer versatility. Standing 6-foot-9 and weighing in at around 220, Knox believes that his capacity to do almost everything on the court is his asset. Speaking with Dennis Varney of Kentucky Sports:

“My versatility. I think I can pretty much play all around the floor. I can handle the ball, pick-and-roll situations, make plays, make passes. I can stretch the floor, shoot the ball, get rebounds, push it coast to coast. So I think that versatility in the league is something that a lot of teams really need, and I think that's something I can bring to the Knicks right now.”
