New York Knicks rookie RJ Barrett is expected to be one of the best newcomers in the NBA next season. Once considered as one of the best collegiate players in the US, the 19-year-old is facing a daunting task of leading a franchise that has long been a laughingstock in the league.

Barrett understands this and is preparing himself as early as now. He wants to be known as one of the greatest players ever when everything is said and done. Still, he knows that he has a long way to go and needs to learn a lot.

And so when he was asked by New York Post's Steve Serby on who he wants to talk with in order to know how to thrive in the NBA, Barrett picked Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James.

Q: If you could pick the brain of anyone in NBA history?
A: LeBron James.

Q: What would you ask him?
A: I would just ask him how … just how he does it. How he is so great.

This should come as no surprise as most youngsters in the league look up to James. The four-time MVP has accomplished a lot in his career and is highly regarded as one of the best, if not the greatest, basketball player of all-time.

For someone like Barrett, who has tons of aspirations, having an opportunity to build a connection with LeBron is a dream come true — and he will have that opportunity soon enough.
