The now-iconic tradition of LeBron James Halloween parties was joined by his Los Angeles Lakers teammates, Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook. Superstars of the Lakers came correct, with some truly amazing costumes.

As reported by Ballislife.com on Twitter, James came in dressed as Freddy Krueger from the legendary horror franchise A Nightmare On Elm Street. Russell Westbrook went for the iconic Chucky look, from the franchise Child's Play. Last but not least, Anthony Davis decided to come as Candyman. Candyman is now relevant, with the Jordan Poole-produced remake coming out about two months ago.

Of course, the James-organized Halloween parties are a true tradition of the NBA superstar. The most iconic one was in 2016, which featured cookie tombstones for Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, along with a dig towards the Golden State Warriors blowing a 3-1 lead in the 2016 NBA Finals. Of course, all of these were done in comic fashion and no ill will was meant.

This kind of team bonding is clearly something that the Lakers need. The championship contenders started the season off with three wins in six games, with one loss coming against the lowly Oklahoma City Thunder, after having a 20+ point lead in the first half. If this positive energy can translate to the court, the Lakers will be just fine for this season.
