After retiring from the NBA three years ago, one of the things that Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant focused on was teaching kids how to become better athletes. He's written books, spearheaded podcasts, and launched sports academies to better spread his advocacy.

And if there's one person who benefits the most from Kobe's recent ventures, it's his daughter, Gianna.

Kobe has been coaching Gianna and her basketball team for quite some time now, and he wants to make sure that his daughter learns the most effective way to dominate at her level.

The Black Mamba explained his methods in terms of coaching his 13-year-old daughter, emphasizing the importance of having fun as opposed to just following step-by-step instructions.

For those who have been following Kobe on Instagram or YouTube, it's become evident that Gianna learned some of her moves from her legendary father. She can drive to the basket and create space for layups. She can hit a consistent turnaround jumper as well.

Another good thing about Gianna is that she's learning the importance of team basketball at a very young age. Kobe has been teaching her the basics of the Triangle Offense, so she already knows when to pass the ball to an open teammate and when to create shots for herself.

Gianna has made it clear that she wants to play in the WNBA someday. Who knows? Five years from now, she could be one of the best prospects to enter the league, thanks in large part to the teachings of his dad.
