Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has had the opportunity to team up with some of the best talents the league has to offer. He won a championship with Kyrie Irving while playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the past, and has formed a fearsome tandem with Anthony Davis this season.

But as far as UNDISPUTED hosts Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe are concerned, The King's best ever teammate is still his good old 2003 draft buddy, Dwyane Wade.

Shannon Sharpe doubled-down on his colleague's sentiments, adding why The Brow has yet to surpass what Wade did for James during their years with the Miami Heat.

“As far as just talent, there’s no question that AD is the best. But what made D Wade & Kyrie unique, is on the biggest of stages they shined bright. Right now I’d say D Wade is the best teammate he’s had.”

LeBron James did shock the world in 2010 when he announced his intention to leave Cleveland for South Beach to join Wade and Chris Bosh. The Flash was already an NBA champion at the time. He certainly shared his championship wisdom with James, who had yet to win it all back then. After a let-down in their first year together, James and Wade led the Heat to back-to-back titles in 2012 and 2013.

Wade retired from the sport last year, while James is still going strong in his 17th year. Meanwhile, the arrival of Anthony Davis to the Lakers certainly gave James an opportunity to contend for the Larry O'Brien trophy this year. It remains unclear how the Bron-AD duo will fare in the long run, despite the amazing chemistry they've shown together this season.

The Wade-James partnership, meanwhile, will always be a special bond that exceeds even outside the basketball court.
