Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James' attempt to trademark his “Taco Tuesday” catchphrase was denied by the United States Patent and Trademark Office last August, but it hasn't stopped him from seeking other business ventures outside of basketball.

“The King” recently had a nice surprise to his 54 million Instagram followers on Saturday, hinting a possible LeBron-inspired tequila brand through a series of IG stories.

“Something cooking up in 2020. Uh-oh. The portfolio is looking đŸ˜±,” he captioned the post, which included the shocked face emoji.

The Lakers, who lost back-to-back games for the first time this season, had two days off coming from 104-111 defeat to the Milwaukee Bucks last Friday. It seems that James has used the downtime to unwind for a bit and sample some tequilas before returning to floor on Monday against Western Conference third seed Denver Nuggets.

James has been pure business on the court in his 17th season in the league, bouncing back from last year's injury-riddled year to power the Lakers to the best record in the West. He is currently second in the MVP ladder behind reigning award winner Giannis Antetokounmpo, with stellar averages of 25.8 points, 10.6 assists (league-best), 7.5 rebounds, and 1.2 steals. He is enjoying a 49.6 percent shooting clip from the field and has been knocking down 35.6 percent of his threes.

Apart from pulling herculean numbers on the basketball court, James has also been doing quite well for himself outside of it, as he also owns the growing media brand UNINTERRUPTED alongside media personality Maverick Carter. He is also an investor in the popular Blaze Pizza food chain, among other successful ventures.
