Los Angeles Lakers superstar small forward LeBron James honored Breonna Taylor on his new Nike shoe.

Numerous Lakers players and other NBA players at the bubble in Orlando have called out Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron to press charges on the officers who shot and killed Taylor, an emergency medical technician who was tragically shot eight times by the Louisville Metro Police Department while in her home.

One of the officers, Detective Brett Hankinson, was fired from his post. However, no charges have been filed against any officers in the Taylor case.

Brooklyn Nets star point guard Kyrie Irving worked with PlayersTV to produce a television program centered around the killing of Taylor. The one-hour special produced by Irving examined how the murder of Taylor continues to highlight the lack of awareness about police brutality and provided viewers with several actionable steps to foster change and demand justice for Taylor, per prweb.com.

Until the officers who killed Taylor are arrested, African American athletes are going to continue to pressure the Kentucky Attorney General. LeBron has always used his platform to instill change in America and that will never change.
