Power forward Anthony Davis has enjoyed his time in the City of Angels so far, leading his new team, the Los Angeles Lakers in scoring through their 12-2 start to the season. This time around, for the highlight reel, the All-NBA big man was the dimer to All-Star and future Hall of Famer teammate forward LeBron James on an alley-oop (via NBA on ESPN).

The Lakers landed Davis in a blockbuster trade like June with the New Orleans Pelicans, which saw L.A. give up Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, and Josh Hart, alongside multiple first-round picks, for Davis' talents. “The Brow” is a free agent at the end of the 2019-20 season, too, so it's possible he walks after one year in purple and gold.

However, many believe Davis will stay, and knows it better to stay attached at the hip with James in L.A. With plenty of connections like this alley-oop, it's hard to disagree with the idea of leaving LeBron's side.
