The Orlando Magic take on the Toronto Raptors on Friday and power forward Aaron Gordon will be back in the lineup.

Gordon missed the last three games for the Magic due to a right ankle sprain. Orlando went 1-2 during that stretch.

The Magic are 7-10 on the season, which is good for eighth place in the Eastern Conference standings. Orlando is looking to make the playoffs again after reaching the postseason in 2018-19 for the first time since 2012, which was the final year of the Dwight Howard era.

In 14 games this season, Gordon is averaging 13.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.9 assists. The high-flyer is shooting 42.1 percent from the field, 28.3 percent from beyond the arc and 72.3 percent from the free-throw line.

The Magic's offensive rating drops from 106.9 to 101.9 when Gordon isn't on the floor, per Basketball Reference. Orlando head coach Steve Clifford has to be looking forward to having Gordon back, especially since Magic All-Star center Nikola Vucevic is still out with his own ankle injury.

Gordon, the fourth overall pick in the 2014 draft out of Arizona, has career averages of 12.5 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists with the Magic in 355 games. Fans down in central Florida are certainly happy that Gordon is back in the lineup.
