The Luka Doncic experience appears to be taking full flight this season. The Dallas Mavericks’ 20-year-old basketball wunderkind is averaging 29.9 points, 10.4 rebounds and 9.7 assists per game. And so far in the early going with the Houston Rockets on Sunday, Doncic already is on his way to yet another stellar performance as Dallas jumped out to an early lead

Just over two minutes into the Mavs’ contest against the Houston Rockets, Doncic nailed a three-pointer over Rockets forward PJ Tucker, which was called for a foul. You can watch the play of Doncic’s impressive and-one below:

Whether it was a foul or not is a debate for another day. However, the three-pointer over tough defense is the main highlight of the play. Doncic, standing six feet and seven inches, has the frame and strength to power his way through Tucker. And to be fair, with Doncic’s size and basketball ability, he has the matchup advantage.

It remains to be seen if Doncic will deliver more highlights throughout this game for the Mavs. But we can rest assured that he has more highlights in the chamber for this season, as he continues to take the NBA by storm in his second year, at only 20 years old.
