There has been some controversy surrounding Bleacher Report's recently published all-time Top 50 NBA players list. One such man who is not exactly happy about this ranking is Hall of Famer Allen Iverson.

The 11-time All-Star took to social media to share his utter disagreement with the list; specifically with its ranking of Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant at 14th overall.

Iverson took a numbers game approach in stating his argument, pointing out how Bryant's career numbers far exceed those of the majority of the players on the list. It's hard not to see Iverson's point here, especially considering how Bryant fell way below the Top 5 of the ranking.

Understandably, the great Michael Jordan and Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James, were ranked first and second, respectively, but building on Iverson's case, it does seem logical to think that Kobe should have been up there with the greats.

It is interesting to note, however, that Iverson himself did not even make the Top 50 list. He was one of the many players that were part of the honorable mention list, but needless to say, B/R does not exactly see the former MVP as one of the best who ever played the game (or at least one of the Top 50).

Iverson appeared to be so riled up by the ranking and its decision to place 13 other players — including the likes of Stephen Curry and David Robinson — above Bryant.

However, it's hard not to think that he himself was feeling a bit salty about his own snub.
