The NBA season is back, and so are the savage posters fans make. LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers took on the Portland Trail Blazers Thursday night on TNT, and Blazers fans had some fun with James, second-year point guard Lonzo Ball, and James' former teammate with the Cleveland Cavaliers, shooting guard J.R. Smith.

Smith, of course, committed a careless error in Game 1 of the 2018 NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors. Smith got the offensive rebound off of a George Hill missed free throw, but dribbled the ball out to the perimeter, clearly not knowing that the game was tied.

J.R. Smith's error created a meme for the ages, and Portland fans recreated it, this time replacing Smith with Lonzo Ball — via Ben Golliver of Sports Illustrated:

LeBron James was so angry after the Game 1 loss that he punched a white board in the Cavs' locker room. The four-time MVP suffered a bone contusion in his right hand as a result.

This image is never going to die in the NBA world. The facial expression LeBron James made towards J.R. Smith is priceless. Don't be surprised if you see this type of poster at every road arena the Lakers play in this season.
