Adam Abdul-Jabbar, son of Hall of Famer and NBA all-time leading scorer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly for stabbing his neighbor, according to TMZ Sports.

The 28-year-old was booked on one count of assault with a deadly weapon, according to records.

Standing at a towering 6-foot-7 and 180 pounds, Abdul-Jabbar was released from custody after he was arrested on Wednesday.

Police officers responded to call about a stabbing on June 9 around 10 p.m. in San Clemente, CA.

“The suspect, who is the neighbor of the victim, was arrested without incident,” a police spokesperson told TMZ Sports.

Police say the victim transported himself to a local hospital “with multiple non-life-threatening injuries.” An investigation of this incident is still ongoing.

TMZ reached out to Adam Abdul-Jabbar but the calls went unanswered. A representative for Kareem Abdul-Jabbar hung up once he was asked for comment.

Adam appeared on “Celebrity Family Feud” with his father back in 2017. He's the youngest son of the NBA legend's five children and had kept a relatively low profile over the years.
