Suspensions and fines were inevitable following the dust-up between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Chicago Bulls on Monday.

Raymond Felton and Dennis Schroder of the Thunder are both suspended for one game for leaving the bench area. Furthermore, Robin Lopez and Kris Dunn of the Bulls were fined for their roles in the altercation. The final player punished by the league was Oklahoma City forward Jerami Grant who also received a fine.

It's no surprise that the league came down hard on the players involved. The altercation spilled over into the crowd and the entire ordeal was not a good look for the NBA.

The Thunder won't have Dennis Schroder and Raymond Felton when they take on the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night, and losing the two is certainly a big hit to the Thunder's backcourt depth. With that said, expect to see Russell Westbrook a lot as Oklahoma City looks to avenge two earlier losses to Sacramento this season.

The Thunder are looking to improve to a team-best 10 games above .500 on Wednesday, but the upstart Kings are hoping to steal the season series away from Oklahoma City.

The Kings will also be shorthanded as Bogdan Bogdanovic and Iman Shumpert are both out with injury. It should be a good battle between a few teams with thin rotations. There's the potential for star players like Westbrook and De'Aaron Fox to take on a bigger role, but there's also a chance an unlikely contributor emerges for either team.
