As the drama continues to build with the NBA regular season approaching and no new word on Kyrie Irving and his vaccination stance, Brooklyn Nets head coach isn't paying attention to it.

Kevin Durant had recently commented on the possibility of not having Irving for any of the home games for the Nets this year as that now appears to be a growing possibility.

Other cities like Los Angeles have implemented similar vaccine mandates for indoor invites like New York has, which is why Irving could miss up to 45 games for the Nets this year if he doesn't get vaccinates.

Nash's comments are interesting if only because it sounds like he's already exhausted answering questions about his missing superstar and what could be next for Irving and the Nets.

Andrew Wiggins made waves recently as he too questioned getting the vaccine and risked missing games for the Golden State Warriors before ultimately deciding to get it.

Without Irving for a little more than half the schedule, if it comes to that, the Nets still have an elite core around Durant and James Harden. Other pieces like Joe Harris and Blake Griffin will play big secondary roles for Brooklyn as well. The dream scenario though is obviously to have Irving available for every game, which won't happen unless he gets vaccinated.
