It has been years since Dez Bryant was dominating NFL defenders at an elite level. The veteran wideout wants people to know he isn't done playing in the NFL just yet.

While responding to a fan's Tweet, Dez Bryant made it clear that he's not retiring. Bryant is currently a free agent but Bryant isn't interested in getting back on the field—at this very moment.

Last season, Bryant signed with the New Orleans Saints but he never got to suit up in a game with the team. While running a routine route during practice, Bryant suffered a torn Achilles—effectively ending his season.

The Saints signed the free-agent wide receiver to provide some help alongside Michael Thomas in the offense. Unfortunately, Sean Payton and New Orleans never got to witness what Bryant could bring to the offense.

Before joining the Saints, Bryant spent eight seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. At one point in his career, Bryant was one of the best receivers in football before injuries began to plague the playmaking wide receiver.

Phenomenally, Bryant had a span of three seasons from 2012-2014, that he had 41 touchdowns. That was the most in the NFL in that span and it seemed like he was going to continue to remain on a tear.

There are plenty of teams in the NFL *cough* New York Giants *cough*, who could use Bryant. He may not be the same elite receiver he once was but it's a small risk to bring in someone who could still have a little left in the tank.

For the time being, Bryant isn't focused on joining a team but at some point in the future, Bryant will be throwing up the X again in the NFL.
