Odell Beckham Jr. received some good news on Saturday when he found out that the security guard that he slapped on the butt wasn't pressing charges. That doesn't mean that the Cleveland Browns wideout won't be hearing from the NFL. After seeing the situation unfold, the league office is monitoring Beckham's incident.

On Monday, LSU and Clemson squared off in the College Football National Championship. Of course, as a player who attended LSU from 2011-2013, Beckham was in attendance.

Following LSU's victory, Beckham was found in the locker room celebrating with the players. But while a security guard was confronting a player, the talented pass-catcher proceeded to slap the security guard on the butt.

A couple of days after the incident, there was an arrest warrant issued for Beckham. The arrest warrant stated that Beckham committed sexual battery against the security guard.

After the arrest warrant was filed, the security guard dropped the chargers against the wide receiver. Therefore, Beckham won't have any legal issues that stem from the episode.

Despite not facing any legal issues, the NFL could choose to suspend or fine Beckham. In the event that the league sees any wrongdoing, they could suspend or fine him for violating the league's personal-conduct policy.

When Beckham chose to smack the security guard on the butt, he appeared to commit the act in a humorous manner. Even though there was no ill-intent with the action, Beckham shouldn't have put himself in that awkward position.

Aside from the butt-slapping incident, Beckham also handed money to players from LSU on the field. Provided that, Beckham may want to lay low in the media for the rest of the offseason.
