In wake of the violent situation occurred in Charlotteville, Virginia over the weekend, President Donald Trump issued his second public statement on the issue on hand.

Trump stepped to the podium again on Tuesday where he essentially put the blame on both parties involved along with failing to condemn the violent actions that had taken place over the weekend. This immediately received much backlash over social media to which several NBA players voiced their feelings about how the president has handled the situation.

Among those players was Golden State Warriors veteran guard Nick Young, who gave a quick-witted direct response to what he thought about Trump's comments.

There were several other current and former players that voiced different levels of disgruntlement toward Trump's stance such as LeBron James and Kobe Bryant. In fact, James spoke about the situation during the ‘We Are Family Reunion' event at Cedar Point on Tuesday afternoon where he even called Trump the “so-called president.”

He also took to Twitter on Monday to further bash the comments that Trump made. There are many wrinkles to this situation and it's clear that many are unhappy in the manner in which the president decided to approach and discuss it.
