NieR Reincarnation is a mobile RPG set in the universe of NieR and its sequel NieR: Automata. Originally released in Japan earlier this February, NieR Reincarnation will finally hit iOS and Android phones on July 28, 2021.
First revealed in March 2020, fans of both the original NieR series and Drakengard were initially skeptical. A lot of players doubted the necessity of a mobile game. That is, of course, until they found out that the game was canon. A couple of Beta tests later, NieR Reincarnation was ultimately adored by its fans upon its release.
The game has stunning visuals, an amazing soundtrack, and a story heavily focused on its characters, not to mention full of butt-kicking action. NieR Reincarnation made its predecessors proud. This time, however, it includes a Gacha feature. It is a mobile game, after all. Earlier in March, they even had a collaboration with NieR: Automata, allowing players to get 2B as a playable character in Reincarnation.
Reincarnation also includes an upgrade system that will allow you to upgrade your characters, weapons, minions, and memories. Last but not least, the RPG also has a PVP mode with a competitive leaderboard. Hence, not only can you experience the game's story in single-player, you also get a chance to compete with other players around the world.
