Aaron Rodgers has been very open with his gripes against the Green Bay Packers organization. But the quarterback has been clear that his frustrations lie with the front office and less on the actual members of the team, including coaches.

Rodgers has shown a lot of love for Packers head coach Matt LaFleur throughout their two seasons together. But he did not hide his disappointment in the fact that he wasn't at least involved in discussions during his hiring back in 2019.

Aaron Rodgers' animosity obviously lies with the front office who made the decision on LaFleur, and not with the man calling the shots on the field himself. The Packers' QB cleared the air on any rumored beef between him and his head coach in a recent Instagram post that seemed to be a direct response to such reports.

Rodgers has made it a point to separate all the on-field stuff from everything going on off of it. When it comes to the Packers' upcoming season, he's still full speed ahead towards his ultimate goal of another Super Bowl for Green Bay.

“I think we all know what’s at stake,” Rodgers said. “I talked about that a little bit the other day about perspective and how important that perspective is to focus on this season and enjoy the most out of this season, because there are a lot of unknowns.”

Packers GM Brian Gutekunst recently shared that communication has been stellar between Rodgers, LaFleur, and himself.

“I’ve had really good conversations throughout camp with Aaron and Matt [LaFleur], and I think the communication has been really, really good,” Gutekunst said. “As we went into this kind of decision-making period, I think everybody — all the people that are kind of involved in that — were very aware of what was going on and why we were doing what we were doing. So I feel really good about that. And the conversations that I’ve had with Aaron have been excellent.”

As far as Aaron Rodgers is concerned, there's nothing to worry about between him and Matt LaFleur. But his satisfaction with the Packers going forward is a different matter entirely.
