The Green Bay Packers have a whole lot of names on their injury report, but luckily, they seem like they are going to have all hands on deck heading into their NFC Championship game matchup with the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

Only fullback Danny Vitale's status is up in the air for the contest, as he is listed as questionable with a knee injury, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Vitale has been limited in practice all week.

In an NFL where fullbacks are not utilized nearly as much as they once were, Vitale is a dying breed, as he played in 15 games this season and logged seven catches for 97 yards.

Of course, Vitale's playing time was limited overall, as he played in just 16 percent of the Packers' offensive snaps during the regular season, but many teams are not using fullbacks at all.

While Vitale's status is in question, it appears that Green Bay will be getting offensive tackle Bryan Bulaga back. Bulaga did not play in the club's divisional round win over the Seattle Seahawks last weekend due to an illness. He also suffered a concussion in Week 17, but ultimately cleared concussion protocol on Jan. 8.

In addition to Vitale, among the Packers' limited participants in Friday's practice were tight ends Jimmy Graham and Marcedes Lewis (rest), linebackers Preston Smith (ankle) and Blake Martinez (hand) and cornerback Tramon Williams (rest).

Green Bay won 13 games during the regular season, capturing the NFC North division title and locking up a first-round bye in the process.
