The Green Bay Packers would like to add another wide receiver alongside of Davante Adams, and one potential target is University of Massachusetts wide out Andy Isabella.

According to Tony Pauline of NFL Draft Analyst, the Packers are expressing interest in the wide out, as they seem to admire his versatility:

“Two teams I left out, who a number of people tell me who are really interested in him are the New England Patriots and the Green Bay Packers,” Pauline said on the Bleav Podcast Network.

Isabella is coming off of a terrific senior campaign with Massachusetts in which he hauled in 102 receptions for 1,698 yards and 13 touchdowns.

“The Packers also like him as a slot receiver,” added Pauline. “People tell me he can play in the flank, but the Packers would love him in the slot and to use him as a return specialist as well. So when you get into the third round area, look at the New England Patriots and the Green Bay Packers to kind of target Andy Isabella or have him on the list with the other players they really like.”

While Isabella played four years at UMass, he did not really break out until his junior season, when he caught 65 passes for 1,020 yards and 10 scores.

The Packers went just 6-9-1 in 2018 and missed the playoffs, marking the first time since 2006 that Green Bay missed the postseason in back-to-back years.
