New Orleans Pelicans guard has played with some great talent in his career, suiting up alongside Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins, Kevin Garnett, and Paul Pierce just to name a few. Now, he gets a chance to play with one of the most hyped up players in the NBA at the moment, Zion Williamson.

Moore spoke extremely positively about his new teammate and shared his excitement to start the next season.

“Man, he’s a generational player,” Moore said about Zion Williamson in an interview with Alex Kennedy of HoopsHype.

“Guys like that come once every 10-to-15 years. He demands so much attention on the offensive and defensive end. He can control the game on both sides of the court and that’s very unique. Who wouldn’t want a player of that caliber of their team?! I’m definitely excited to have him on my side. I can’t wait to get the season started, man. I’m getting excited right now!”

The Pelicans will be one of the more exciting teams to watch next season. Besides drafting Williamson, the team acquired plenty of young talent by trading Anthony Davis away. Former Los Angeles Lakers youngsters Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram and Josh Hart are all intriguing players that could make the team relevant faster than people think.

New Orleans will have to be patient to develop all of the young players they have, but the future is bright for the team.
