Life in New Orleans isn't all the bad nowadays. The New Orleans Pelicans are sitting in the fifth spot in the Western Conference with an 8-6 record, just one-half game out of the fourth spot.

For the way DeMarcus Cousins was traded last season immediately after the All-Star break ended, he's found a pretty comfortable spot and is now averaging 28.2 points, 14.0 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game. In the era where big men are no longer valued for back to the basket skills, Cousins is putting up pretty dominant stats, but without the trouble that usually followed him.

Just one day after the Pelicans took down the Atlanta Hawks 106-105, the team decided to have a little fun in the locker room.

Chaos ensued as players unloaded Nerf guns on each other in a fun-filled battle, firing foam bullets at one another, while Cousins played cameraman recording the entire battle.

The All-Star big man uploaded some of the video to his SnapChat to share with his followers.

As you'd imagine, many of the players had standard sized Nerf guns firing their darts until Anthony Davis pulled out an oversized orange toy blaster named “NERF DOOMLANDS THE JUDGE.”

Currently, the Duo of Davis and Cousins is working out well on the court, while they keep things light and engaging off the court.
