The NBA never ceases to get interesting, especially when other players interact with each other. As the NBA heads closer to the marquee 2018 All-Star Game, players are starting to get on edge about their candidacy and give their thoughts on who should make the teams and who shouldn't. Recently, John Wall opted to undergo knee surgery, leaving an open spot on LeBron James' superstar team. This vacancy was eventually filled by Andre Drummond, who was grateful for his first All-Star appearance. However, some players might have been upset about the decision.

It's not clear who or what Jaylen Brown was referring to, but Drummond was surely offended. The exchange started when Ben Simmons became visibly amused that he wasn't given the nod over Drummond. Apparently, Brown wasn't too pleased with the decision either, but it isn't clear if he was declaring that he deserved the spot or if Simmons did. In any case, Drummond clapped back with a savage response that isn't totally without any truth. On the Boston Celtics, Kyrie Irving, Jayson Tatum, and Al Horford are the best players on the team. Brown has been great for the Celtics but he isn't worthy of an All-Star selection just yet. Meanwhile, Drummond is a main option for the Pistons and is averaging 14.8 points, and 15.3 rebounds.

Nonetheless, this might not be the last time these two players have words for each other. Their two respective teams have split their season series against each other and play again on February 23. Maybe this interaction will develop an interesting beef between both players. Only time can tell for sure.
