The Detroit Pistons were looking to get back into the win column after dropping the first two games of their three-game road trip. Needless to say, a visit to the Target Center against the Minnesota Timberwolves would prove to be a challenge.

With just seconds remaining, Pistons point guard Reggie Jackson managed to successfully distract Timberwolves superstar Jimmy Butler's rhythm on the game-tying free-throw.

It is clear from Butler's reaction that he knew exactly what the mischevious Jackson was trying to do. However, it ultimately worked as his attempt rattled around the rim and out to move the surprising Pistons to 11-5 on the year.

It was the cherry on top to a solid outing from Reggie Jackson after recording 16 points and eight assists, while star center Andre Drummond led the way with 20 points and 16 rebounds. However, the Pistons were once again featured a versatile offensive attack in which every player in the starting lineup finished in double figures.

The Pistons had been trailing through the first three quarters before finally taking a late lead in the fourth. A road win against a formidable squad like the Timberwolves — who had been a stellar 5-1 at home before tonight — will undoubtedly pay huge dividends down the road.
