Houston Rockets center Chinanu Onuaku made the first two free-throws of his career on Monday night against the Phoenix Suns. Some may have even won a game or two of H.O.R.S.E. in their lifetime the same way — with an underhanded toss.

Onuaku chose to switch up his style after struggling to make his freebies at the University of Louisville, opting for a more efficient way that would allow him to become an asset for his team at the charity stripe.

The 20-year-old calmly sank the pair just like Rick Barry did back in the sixties and seventies, as the commentators applauded him for something that is rarely seen in today's NBA.

Hopefully more players that struggle at the line consider this free-throw technique as it can be quite efficient. Onuaku could be the one to start the movement for other centers that are a few percentage points away from helping, rather than hurting their teams.
