With the Oklahoma City Thunder suffering an early exit from the playoffs, it has allowed Russell Westbrook to spend more time with his family, especially his newborn son. The first-time father has posted before on his Instagram account a photo of his hand holding his child’s, but nobody has seen what he looks like yet.

That changed on Tuesday though as the six-time All-Star shared for the first time a picture of him to the public, to celebrate baby Noah’s first month.

His followers and fans were quick to notice that two look so much alike. They even took time to place their faces side-by-side for others to also recognize their striking resemblance.

The birth of Noah may mean bad news for the rest of the competition as it could serve as more inspiration for Westbrook to play at an even higher level starting next season. He is fresh off a stellar year where he became the first player in 55 years to average a triple-double throughout the regular season, and proved that he can lead the Thunder to the playoffs despite losing Kevin Durant last summer.

Although it will be hard to imagine him playing even better than his historic campaign this year, if anyone can do it, it will be The Brodie, and his son is more than enough reason for him to achieve that.
