Sivir is the recipient of a mini-rework to keep her up to date with the rest of the champions. Ray “Riot RayYonggi” Williams shares the details of the latest League of Legends rework.

The champion is currently a work in progress, and thus a lot of these numbers are tentative. Riot RayYonggi says that these suggest the “direction” that the team intends to go.

Sivir Changes

[Solidifying] Sivir as the premier AOE teamfighting crit marksman so long as she can stay in the fight

If you don't feel like reading through all the specifics, here's the outline that Riot RayYonggi provided:

  • Passive is more “feelable” and synergizes better with attack speed.
  • Q usefulness now scales smoothly over game-time
  • W bounces are more reliable sources of DPS
  • E no longer holds Sivir's mana together
  • R is more personally useful for Sivir than for teammates.

It seems that even Riot agrees about how outdated Sivir feels. The changes are geared towards rewarding her attack speed build, rather than the rampant Lethality and her just spamming Q past 20 minutes.
