Philadelphia 76ers legend Allen Iverson debuted the Sixers' new black jerseys with his throwback SLAM cover photo.

Take a look:

This is pretty cool. The Sixers' new City Edition jersey is the talk of the NBA on Tuesday, as they are really slick and pay homage to Allen Iverson, one of the greatest players in NBA history.

The Sixers have been making a lot of noise since they were swept in the first round of the 2020 playoffs by the Boston Celtics at Walt Disney World. Not only did Philadelphia fire head coach Brett Brown and replace him with former Los Angeles Clippers coach Doc Rivers, but they also snagged Daryl Morey after he stepped down from his post with the Houston Rockets.

Morey is the new president of basketball operations and Sixers fans are really excited about what he is going to do since Morey is one of the most aggressive execs in NBA history.

The 2020-21 season will start on Dec. 22. All-Star point-forward Ben Simmons, who didn't play in the 2020 playoffs due to knee surgery, has already been training at 100 percent this offseason. The lefty and Joel Embiid have yet to advance past the second round of the playoffs as a duo, so both All-Stars have a lot of motivation going into 2020-21.

It's going to be interesting to see if Morey decides to trade Al Horford or Tobias Harris this offseason. Both guys are making a lot of money.
