Leave it to former Pittsburgh Steelers superstar safety Troy Polamalu to choose a legit Dick to induct him into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Oh. Ugh. It's probably worth noting we're talking about legendary defensive mind and former Steelers coordinator Dick LeBeau. Not an actual, you know. Let's digress!

For those who might be too young to remember, Troy Polamalu was a legitimate “positionless” safety of sorts in his time with the Steelers. More often than not, he'd buck whatever defensive call was sent in, lineup wherever the heck he wanted, then cause absolute chaos immediately after.

It was, honestly, a thing of wonder. Something to marvel at. Even better, he was so good of doing things on the fly, the Steelers never cared when he did whatever he wanted. It was as accepted as John Elway changing calls at the line for the Denver Broncos back in his heyday.

Troy Polamalu won't be the only former members of the Steelers to be enshrined in this year's Pro Football Hall of Fame. Joining him are greats Bill Cowher, Donnie Shell, Alan Faneca and Bill Nunn. That's a lot of purple and black, but no one in Pittsburgh will be complaining.
