The Pittsburgh Steelers are gearing up for what could be another solid season in 2018. The team has made some changes with offensive coordinator Todd Haley heading to the division rival Cleveland Browns and Martavis Bryant being traded to the Oakland Raiders being among the most considerable, but superstar Antonio Brown continues his training during the NFL offseason to maintain his status as the league's elite wide receiver.

Recently, a video of Brown's workouts on the beach in Miami surfaced. Brown showed incredible athleticism with some of these unorthodox workouts and now he's shown his lightning quick speed in another video which was posted on Twitter by NFL wide receiver coach and consultant, David Robinson.

The Steelers are coming off a season in which they failed to live up to expectations in the NFL playoffs. Everything appeared to be heading in the right direction for Ben Roethlisberger and company, but they simply couldn't overcome the stout defense of the up-and-coming Jacksonville Jaguars in order to advance to the AFC Championship Game.

Brown, who had been dealing with a leg contusion suffered in Week 14 against the New England Patriots, missed the final games of the regular season and was able to return against Jacksonville. The perennial All-Pro was back to form against the Jaguars catching seven passes for 132 yards and two touchdowns.

In 2018, Brown and the Steelers hope to bounce back with their three best players ready for another go-around. Roethlisberger brushed any retirement talk this offseason, especially when the team drafted quarterback Mason Rudolph, and running back Le'Veon Bell has been franchise tagged for the second straight year.

As long as the team's big three stays healthy and happy, the Steelers will be expected to be a force to be reckoned with in the AFC once again.
