Jared Dudley has always been known in the NBA as someone with a very colorful personality, and not afraid to speak his mind. Even controversial topics are something he enjoys discussing, and often shares his thoughts to the public via his social media accounts.

The Phoenix Suns swingman recently appeared on The Woj Pod with ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, where he was asked to give his opinion on different matters concerning the league. One of them is how he feels about Kevin Durant joining the Golden State Warriors, and how it has affected the entire NBA.

“Kevin Durant's decision (to join the Warriors) changed the whole outlook of the league,” Dudley declared. “GMs and owners are really thinking, ‘Do we really have a fighting chance to go after this?' Because they're (the Warriors) in their prime now.”

“Are we gonna wait until they lose one of these guys or two of these guys to this luxury tax where they can't pay 'em? If Draymond leaves, or if Klay leaves, where ‘Hey, let's go after them when they're 29 or 30.”

Dudley certainly makes some valid points, as the reigning Finals MVP is still in his prime, alongside the other three superstars of the Warriors. They also have a very competitive bench, with some players worthy of starting for other teams, like Andre Iguodala and JaVale McGee.

While others may think that the Warriors could start a dynasty, given their current situation, it could also start a change in how other teams manage their financials in order to have more stars play for them. Should that happen, more “super teams” would be formed, as that could be the only way to beat the Warriors. It may not seem like a direct result, but Durant’s signing last year has truly changed the landscape of the NBA, by joining forces with the Western Conference powerhouse, and completing a very unique and formidable lineup ready to dominate for years to come.
