Last season ended in disappointment for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Despite acquiring a Big 3 with Paul George and Carmelo Anthony joining Russell Westbrook, OKC was knocked out of the first round by the Utah Jazz.

More questions are coming the Thunder's way this summer with the franchise focused on retaining George and re-tooling. Anthony already decided to opt into his deal so he will be around for another season.

One fact that may have been lost regarding last season was how effective the Thunder starting lineup actually was.

The biggest problem was the injury to Andre Roberson which prevented this lineup from playing much of the season.

This stat is a good reminder that what the Thunder had, at least in their starting lineup last year, was not all that flawed. OKC of course sacrificed a lot of bench talent to assemble that roster and will need to improve its depth for next year to really take a step forward.

This is all also contingent on George deciding to stay with the Thunder, something that many are starting to believe has an increased possibility of happening.
