Though the NBA's trade deadline has come and gone, there are still several teams around the league that are searching for ways to bolster their rosters. One such organization is the Oklahoma City Thunder, who are planning to sign Richard Solomon to a 10-day contract.

Shams Charania of The Athletic shared the news of Solomon's deal on Tuesday morning:

Solomon, now 26 years of age, has spent quite a bit of time with OKC's G-League affiliate, the Oklahoma City Blue. In 31 appearances with the Blue this season (29 starts), the 6-10 forward racked up averages of 13.6 points on 59.8 percent shooting from the field, 8.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.0 block in 26.5 minutes per outing.

Last season, the California native served a stint overseas with Uşak Sportif of the Turkish Basketball Super League, where he averaged 10 points and 4.8 rebounds in 19 games. He's also played in Japan and France.

Solomon played his collegiate ball at Cal. In 109 games played with the Golden Bears, he averaged 8.1 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 22.5 minutes.

The Thunder (37-19 and 2nd in the Northwest Division standings) have won four straight and 11 of their last 13. They'll look to keep their momentum rolling on Thursday night, when they'll travel to Portland for a matchup against the Trail Blazers.
