The Oklahoma City Thunder completed a 20-point fourth-quarter comeback on Wednesday night to shock the Brooklyn Nets. Russell Westbrook had one reason for the team's win: Paul George.

“Paul George. Man, I love it. When you're able to sit back and watch and see the time he's put in. Always been so much better for him this year being aggressive. We're seeing it pay off in a moment where it was much needed. It's great and I'm just happy that he's on my team.”

The Thunder are starting to roll, and Paul George is a major reason why. The All-Star's 47 points and 15 rebounds were instrumental in the Thunder's shocking come-from-behind victory in Brooklyn.

There were serious doubts about the Thunder after an 0-4 start to the season. Injuries slowed down Russell Westbrook, plus there were still lingering questions following the Thunder's opening-round defeat in last year's playoffs.

But since that 0-4 start, the Thunder are winners of 16 of their last 19 games and sitting pretty in second place in the Western Conference, just a half game behind the first place Denver Nuggets. George is playing like an All-Star, and his breakout performance on Wednesday night may have been his best game of the season.

There's something special going on between Paul George and Russell Westbrook right now. Head coach Billy Donovan has to love what he's seeing from the superstar duo. As long as George and Westbrook are feeding off one another, the Thunder could be a problem for anyone they face.
