Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry is primed for a big year but in Week 1 he really struggled, and he isn't happy with it. Henry finished the game with 10 attempts for 26 yards and only had one interception.

“I’m pissed about that game,” Henry said on Thursday via the Titans. “I am not really happy about that game. I am working hard this week just to get better, and I am ready for Sunday.”

Henry didn't play much down the stretch with Dion Lewis finishing the game with 16 carries for 75 yards. They were supposed to be a one-two punch this year, but in week one it was only one guy delivering the blows.

“I am pissed with my performance,” Henry said. “I have to play better as a player. Unfortunately we get a chance to play again, and go against a good opponent in the Houston Texans on Sunday.”

Henry knows this weekend isn't going to get any easier against the Texans and he is going to have to play a lot better if he wants to help the team more.

“I definitely need to get it going personally. I need to play better this week, be effective in the running game, make plays, and help open everything else up. They have a great defense. I have to run hard, finish runs, and be ready.”

Henry is expected to get more of the snaps this week, but if he struggles this week again, we could see Lewis start to get the majority of the carries. Ideally, the best case scenario would both of these guys getting about equal snaps and both giving the team a lot of production.
