The Tennessee Titans are set at quarterback with Ryan Tannehill manning the helm. The team could be looking to expand its depth behind Tannehill. According to the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Titans hosted Trevor Siemian, among three other players for workouts on Monday.

Before the 2019 season, Siemian signed with the New York Jets to be the immediate backup to Sam Darnold. Due to Darnold being sidelined early in the season with mono, Siemian was inserted as the starter in Week 2. However, he would suffer a gruesome ankle injury in Week 2 and would miss the rest of the 2019 season.

Back in March, prior to free agency, it was reported that Siemian was fully recovered from his ankle injury. As a result, the former quarterback for the Denver Broncos has since been looking for a new place to call home in 2020. The Titans might be it.

Following the retirement of Peyton Manning in 2015, the Broncos handed over the reins of the offense to Siemian. For two seasons, Siemian would serve as the starter, combining for a 13-11 record. In addition to that, he would struggle, throwing for 5,686 yards, 30 touchdowns, and 24 interceptions from 2016-2017.

After a stellar showing in 2019, the Titans re-signed Tannehill this offseason, making him the starter for the foreseeable future. On the other hand, Tennessee did lose Marcus Mariota in free agency, leaving them a bit shorthanded at quarterback.

The only other quarterbacks on the roster right now are Logan Woodside and rookie Cole McDonald. Besides Siemian, the Titans also worked out Geoff Swaim and D'onta Foreman.
