Derrick Henry is one of the most intimidating running backs in the NFL and he showed why on Saturday. The Tennessee Titans running back posted a ridiculous workout video of himself running uphill on social media.

In the video, Henry began running up the hill with a medicine ball in his possession. Then, he proceeded to throw the medicine ball and catch a football that was thrown to him. After catching the football, he sprinted until he reached the top of the hill.

Besides catching a football, Henry also appears to be working on his footwork. The former second-round pick out of Alabama would complete a drill that required him to use his feet. Similar to his first workout, Henry would run until he eclipsed the top of the hill.

Some people, just by watching the video, are likely going to say that what Henry is doing is extremely. On the contrary, the imposing running back is just making it look insanely easy for his size.

Last season, Henry rushed for a career-high 1,540 yards and 16 touchdowns with the Titans. Also, Henry would contribute 446 rushing yards and two touchdowns en route to Tennessee's run to the AFC Championship game.

Following his stellar campaign in 2019, Henry has now rushed for 1,000+ yards and 12+ touchdowns in back-to-back seasons. To reward him for his production, the Titans placed their franchise tag on Henry this offseason, keeping him with the team in 2020. Seeing how Henry spends his time working out, it's shaping up to be another remarkable year for the Alabama product.
