UFC lightweight fighter Dustin Poirier reportedly accused Conor McGregor's camp of not fulfilling their promise to donate a sum of $500,000 to the Good Fight Foundation prior to their rematch at UFC 257 back in January. Banking details were reportedly exchanged but the donation has yet to reach the charitable organization to this day, per Talk Sport.

McGregor also predicted that he will deal a knockout to his rival via a front kick in the fourth round when they meet again at UFC 264. Poirier fired back and reminded the Irish man about his phantom donation as he also expressed his confidence in winning their third bout slated for July 10.

A fan was also confused about the exchange and initially thought that Poirier was just taking advantage of the issue to promote the fight. However, the Louisiana native claimed that his camp was ghosted by McGregor's team regarding the donation. They also tried reaching out three times but the opposite side has yet to make a reply.

The last encounter between the two fighters saw Poirier deal a technical knockout in the second round which ultimately avenged his first loss to McGregor back in 2014. He will aim to break the tie as the two men will match up once again inside the octagon on July 10th for their trilogy fight at UFC 264.

With the talk heating up between them, UFC fans will certainly be treated to good action as Conor McGregor is aiming to get back at his rival and preserve his legacy with a statement win come July.
