Kyle Korver of the Utah Jazz played his first game at home and he was welcomed by his teammates with a congratulatory shower.

After their 139-105 win over the San Antonio Spurs, Korver was up for a post-game interview. Midway thru it, teammates Donovan Mitchell and Joe Ingles casually showered drinks on him to celebrate the win and his first game back in Utah.

Korver finished scored 15 points in 15 minutes of play. He had an efficient game as he shot 5-of-8 from the field, 3-4 from downtown, and 2-of-three from the free throw line.

As Korver continued with the interview, he admitted that it was the first time in his career that he was showered on by his teammates. It might be his second stint with the Jazz, but there's always a first time for everything like they always say.

Time can only tell if whether Korver will mesh well with the team. But in a previous interview, he seems to like the Jazz's playstyle more than his old team, the Cleveland Cavaliers. Per Eric Walden of the Salt Lake Tribune, the 37-year-old said:

“It’s a whole different style of play — a lot more passing, a lot more cutting, a lot more reads, a lot more movement, a lot more energy. It’s a lot of fun for me.”

The Jazz have won two of the last three games with Korver in the team. Whenever he scores at least 14 points and makes three 3-pointers, the Jazz lock in a victory. We may need a few more games to conclude if Korver's presence does wonders for the team. But as it stands, it seems that Korver is doing more good than bad.
