NBA Referees have a tough job.

They have to officiate a 2-hour game of fast paced action by some of the best athletes in the world.

Sometimes they make mistakes so badly that it appears to attribute to a win or loss in close games.

While players can't criticize their job, they aren't always happy at what they feel is sometimes unfair.

Then there are times where the referees just flat out ignore blatant game violations without any apparent reason like this one below.

Brooklyn Nets forward Bojan Bogdanovic caught the pass, dribbled, came to a stop, shuffled his feet, then began dribbling again.

Two major violations in plain sight.

That about sums up the feelings of the average fan and sometimes coaches and players when it comes to such a difficult job.
