Golden State Warriors general manager Bob Myers admits he kind of likes it when his players and head coach Steve Kerr lose their cool with officials.

The Warriors, particularly Kevin Durant, Draymond Green and DeMarcus Cousins, argue fouls all game. Kerr has a tendency to yell at officials as well.

Myers like the fire his team shows because it lets him know the players and Kerr care about winning.

“I actually enjoy watching our team and Steve,” Bob Myers told Mark Media of The Mercury News. “I chuckle at times when he’s on the road and losing it on the officials. I get it. It’s a very emotional thing. If you don’t care, apathy would be my biggest worry, whether it’s our players or coaches.

“We certainly are not apathetic. That’s when you get scared – when apathy creeps in and you don’t care. Caring too much, that can bite you sometimes. But I’d much rather have a group of people that go over the line because they’re too passionate over them not being interested in the outcome. Sure, you have to channel it. You have to be smart about it. But sometimes there’s a healthy emotion that tips over, and that’s okay.”

The Warriors are the heavy favorites to win the title this season. It would be the Dubs' third-straight title and fourth in the last five years.

You can expect Green, Durant and Cousins to pick up a few technicals in the playoffs. It's also worth watching if Steve Kerr would lose it again.
