Hall of Famer Allen Iverson posted a heartfelt message dedicated to the Golden State Warriors and their injured stars Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson.

The Dubs just lost to the Toronto Raptors in the NBA Finals Thursday night, preventing them from winning a third straight championship. Moreover, some of their key players suffered some serious injuries during the series. Durant ruptured his Achilles and is expected to miss the entire 2019-20 season while Thompson sustained a torn ACL and will likely be out until March next year.

AI, who has been vocal about his support for the Warriors particularly Stephen Curry, took it to Instagram to honor the Dubs and their fallen heroes who sacrificed their bodies for the team.

Despite the Warriors' loss, a lot of fans commended the effort and heart of the Dubs who courageously battled the Raptors in a grueling six-game series despite being riddled with injuries.

Now, Golden State will look to bounce back next season. They will be moving to Chase Center with the hopes of continuing their dynasty there. However, it is unclear if Durant and Thompson will still be a part of the team, as they are set to become free agents.

For the past five years, the Warriors have dominated the league, but losing to the Raptors is a lesson that they are looking to learn from. The Dubs have lost in the Finals before, and they have responded emphatically by winning two straight titles. Surely, they will attempt to replicate that success once again.
