Stephen Curry is in line to join a league of his own, this time sharper than ever — now on pace to have the best mid-range shooting percentage of the last decade, according to Nate Duncan of the Dunc'd On podcast.

The Golden State Warriors point guard is shooting a blistering 59.8 percent from the lost art of the mid-range area, making him as lethal from three-point range (42.4 percent for the season) as he's been from inside the line.

Who is in second place, you ask?

None other than Curry himself, who hit a 59.4 percent mark in 2011-12, despite playing only 26 games that season.

The criteria requires at least 50 attempts in the season, and according to NBA.com Stats, Curry has made 73 of his 123 attempts from mid-range this season.

This ridiculous percentage has even raised questions to whether this high level of shooting is being under-appreciated in this era.

The 29-year-old is also leading all shooters by a wide margin in above-the-break three-pointers, making him the most lethal three-point shooter in a fast break situation at a scorching 44.5 percent.

Curry was also the best in the restricted area among guards during his unanimous MVP season in 2015-16, finishing at a 65.9 percent rate (263 of 399 attempts in the restricted area).

The Warriors talisman is also closing in on another 50/40/90 season, shooting 49.4 percent from the field, 42.4 percent from deep, and 91.9 percent from the foul line, putting him in the company of Larry Bird, Mark Price, Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, and teammate Kevin Durant, as some of the legendary names to have achieved this feat.
