The New York Knicks are headed to another disappointing season. This is after an offseason filled with decent free-agent acquisitions, trades, and the improvement of their young guns.

However, amid all the jokes made around the organization, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr admitted that he wants the franchise to do well. The Knicks, after all, are a legendary organization in a great city.

As of this writing, the Knicks sport a horrendous 4-20 record for the last place in the entire NBA, one game behind the Warriors. They have lost 10 straight games.

In their most recent effort to fix the mess, they fired David Fizdale as head coach. Many believe that Fizdale — who has been praised by Gregg Popovich and Kerr — is one of the better coaches in the league.

As such, not everyone agreed with the move. According to some, the problem lies in the organization itself and not in those who are in the basketball court. After all, the Knicks possess a very talented young roster.

Mitchell Robinson, Kevin Knox, Dennis Smith Jr, Frank Ntilikina and RJ Barrett are the Knicks' young core. Give them a few more years to develop and the ‘Bockers may have a strong chance at rejuvenating their roster. However, the front office and management must be fixed first.
