The Washington Wizards recently fined starting point guard John Wall for unloading a verbal barrage onto head coach Scott Brooks, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Scott Brooks and Wizards small forward Jeff Green called out John Wall and his teammates to raise intensity in a practice session. Wall fired back with a “F— you” to Brooks.

John Wall did apologize to Scott Brooks and his teammates after the incident.

The Wizards are 5-11 on the season and struggling mightily on both ends of the court. Washington has the second-worst defense in the NBA and doesn't play like a team in any fashion.

John Wall is averaging 20.9 points and 7.9 assists per game on the season while shooting 45.1 percent from the field, 32.9 percent from beyond the arc and 68.4 percent from the free-throw line. Wall signed a $170 million contract which starts in 2019, making it virtually impossible to trade the All-Star even if the franchise wanted to.

Things in the nation's capital are seemingly going bad to worse every day. At some point, the Wizards' front office has to consider blowing the roster up and starting from scratch because it's evident guys on the team don't like each other, both on and off the court.
