Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady went all out in his squad's championship parade after their Super Bowl 56 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs. To make the event more memorable, he tossed the Vince Lombardi Trophy from one boat to another across the Hillsborough River.

The 43-year-old playmaker finally talked about that iconic Buccaneers moment in an appearance on ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden'.

Via Jenna Laine of ESPN:

“First of all, I was not thinking at that moment. It was not a thought. It was, ‘This seems really fun to do,'” a laughing Brady said during Tuesday night's show. “Not to mention, when you get your hands on one of those trophies, there's a lot of really sharp edges on the bottom. … I found out later, had that been an incomplete pass, that would have went down like 80 feet. I'm so happy that [tight end] Cam [Brate caught it].”

Apart from the throw itself, his daughter, Vivi, also caught the attention of many as she shouted “Daddy, no!” before Tom Brady tossed the trophy to his teammate on the other end.

“That's my little 8-year-old daughter,” Brady said. “Who could imagine that an 8-year-old girl would have the most sense of anybody in that whole area? I mean, she's the voice of reason. Go figure.”

According to Laine, the Buccaneers are going to order a replacement in the event that Tom Brady's stunt didn't go as planned. Indeed, Brady was willing to have a risky celebration to commemorate the seventh Super Bowl title and fifth Super Bowl MVP award of his 21-year career.

After an eventful parade that even got him drunk, Tom Brady would definitely want to run it back and defend their title with his Buccaneers teammates next season.
